It was a busy day in a bustling suburb, and I was waiting for my bus to Worli. As soon as it arrived, the crowd surged forward, pushing and scrambling to get in. Amid the rush, I reached for my purse to buy a ticket—only to realize it was gone. Stolen. Panic set in. I had no money, and tears began to roll down my cheeks. Just then, a kind man walked up to me and gently offered me a handful of change. I hesitated, trying to refuse. But he smiled warmly and said, “Take it, my child. You remind me of my daughter—you’ll need this more than I do right now.” When I asked how I could ever repay his kindness, he simply replied, “Help someone else in need, just like I did...
